1. Services and Scope

QuickStartBrand provides brand strategy consulting, visual identity development, and market positioning services to emerging South African businesses. Deliverables are defined in a project-specific agreement and may include brand audits, logo design, style guides, and positioning documents. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth or market share.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for project execution. Delays caused by incomplete or late client feedback may extend timelines. You are responsible for obtaining any third-party permissions required for use of materials you provide.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of final deliverables as specified in your agreement. QuickStartBrand retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell or redistribute our work as standalone products.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you pay for work completed up to the notice date. QuickStartBrand may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to make timely payments.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
